Exemption from legalisation for certain documents
The Public Documents Regulation (Regulamento UE 2016/1191), in force since 16 February 2019, aims to facilitate administrative procedures and reduce costs for citizens when they have to present a public document issued by another EU Member State in an EU Member State.
